Council websites are designed with accessibility requirements in mind, including semantic structure, keyboard navigation and strong colour contrast. Formal accessibility testing and a published accessibility statement are agreed as part of each project.

About RSDS
RSDS is the independent digital studio of Ryan Stephens, a UK-based designer and developer building websites, web applications and digital products.
My work spans both client-focused websites and products I build and operate myself, giving me experience across design, development, payments, user accounts, data-driven applications and ongoing product development.
I focus on making digital products that feel considered, easy to use and appropriately designed for the organisation behind them. Working independently means you deal directly with the person doing the work, from the first conversation through to launch and beyond.
